The Concierge role at Brightview Senior Living is an essential position that embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service and community support. This role focuses on welcoming and engaging residents of the Gallery Apartments along with their families and guests. The Concierge is responsible for responding to special requests from residents, which may include light shopping, running errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations or event tickets. Serving a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages is also part of the daily duties, supporting a hospitable and comfortable environment for residents and their visitors.

In addition to direct resident interaction, the Concierge promotes community programs and events, enhancing the social experience within the community. Coordination with various departments is critical to ensure that the care, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining needs of residents are managed efficiently and promptly. This multifaceted role demands a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in customer service
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks related to errands and service delivery
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive community environment

Job Duties

  • Welcome and engage residents and their families and guests
