Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in customer service
- Ability to perform light physical tasks related to errands and service delivery
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage residents and their families and guests
- Respond to special requests such as light shopping, running errands, retrieving mail, securing reservations and event tickets
- Arrange and serve continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages
- Promote programs and events taking place at the community
- Coordinate with departments to ensure care, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining needs are met efficiently
- Manage multiple priorities related to resident services
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance residents' experience
