Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- flexible schedule with weekend availability
- ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- physical ability to perform required tasks including sitting or standing for long periods and physical reach
- proficiency in Microsoft applications
- strong communication skills
- team player with initiative
- friendly and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- flexible schedule including ability to work weekends
- experience in a med spa or medical office preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to communicate with proper etiquette
- ability to multitask while attentive to clients
- ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
- enthusiastic and friendly personality with a desire to provide outstanding service
- knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- strong ethical foundation and integrity
- sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- ability to sit or stand for long periods
- ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, push or pull up to 50 lbs
- working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- bilingual preference
Job Duties
- Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone
- providing basic knowledge and education about services
- managing front desk duties including checking patients in and out, answering calls, greeting clients, overseeing inventory, and stocking supplies
- maintaining a clean and professional environment
- assisting providers and managers with scheduling and appointment management
- complying with company policies and procedures
- managing the POS system accurately with client and employee information
