The Client Concierge role at It’s A Secret Med Spa is pivotal in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for clients. This position involves warmly greeting clients both in person and over the phone, providing basic education about the diverse range of services offered, managing front desk operations such as client check-in and check-out, answering calls, overseeing inventory, and ensuring supplies are well-stocked. Maintaining a clean and professional environment at the facility is also an essential responsibility, along with assisting providers and managers with scheduling and appointment management. The role requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow, as well as accurate management of the point-of-sale (POS) system with up-to-date client appointment and employee information.

Ideal candidates for the Client Concierge position will have at least one year of customer service experience and a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends. Previous experience in a medical spa or medical office setting is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent etiquette, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attentiveness to clients are necessary for success. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work well within a team, take initiative, and maintain a friendly, energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Confidentiality is paramount, as all patient and client information must be handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. The position requires physical stamina to sit or stand for extended periods, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching above shoulder height, crawling, kneeling, and pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds.
