Job Requirements

  • At least two years of post-secondary education preferred
  • one to three years of concierge or lifestyle services experience in a luxury environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • fluent in English
  • ability to use variety of software
  • able to work with minimal supervision
  • able to work while standing or walking for most of the shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • assists residents in all inquiries related to residence, hotel, and lifestyle services
  • responds to resident requests timely, making local recommendations
  • assists with conflict resolution and enforces Rules & Regulations
  • processes packages, messages, deliveries, and mail accurately and efficiently
  • manages building and unit access for authorized vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • maintains up-to-date information on local attractions and provides residents with recommendations and bookings
  • assists in planning and creation of resident events
  • updates homeowner profiles
  • uses software to record special arrangements and ensure accurate billing
  • coordinates owner use of service elevators
  • monitors security and privacy of building and residents
