Job Requirements
- Education level appropriate for event coordination
- Previous experience in events coordination or related fields
- Ability to work onsite in New York, NY
- Flexibility to work overtime including evenings and weekends
- Strong physical endurance including being comfortable on feet and moving around venue
- Friendly and engaging demeanor
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients and vendors
Job Qualifications
- Experience dealing with sports type activations
- Experience in corporate events
- Hospitality background including concierge roles
- Experience in high-end fashion or high-end retail sectors
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of meeting and event planning including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budget management, and logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event details meet standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide on-site support during events ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues
- Support management of event budgets and track expenses
- Create and distribute event materials such as invitations, agendas, and presentations
- Handle post-event follow-up including thank you notes and feedback collection
