Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in brand marketing and events preferably in financial services or professional services
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Demonstrated project management skills including building and maintaining project plans and managing cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience overseeing vendor relationships and agencies
  • Proven ability to plan and execute corporate events of varying size and format
  • Comfort with data analysis, project management, and executive presentations
  • Experience administering sponsorship programs including contract negotiation and deliverable fulfillment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and comfort working with senior executives and advisors

Job Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in brand marketing and events, preferably in financial services or professional services
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Job Duties

  • Track the firm’s brand budget and develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a holistic picture of brand spend and impact
  • Build polished, precise presentations and reports for executive leadership designed to influence
  • Support brand research and firmwide brand agency projects
  • Manage project aspects of corporate brand campaigns in collaboration with the Digital team
  • Manage corporate gifting and stationery vendor relationships
  • Administer all firmwide sponsorships including contracts, deliverable tracking, and budget management
  • Maintain a sponsorship tracker for deadlines, activation milestones, registrations, and branding requirements
  • Conduct post-activation audits and create reports on ROI and impact
  • Staff onsite sponsorship events as needed
  • Research and present sponsorship opportunities to the CMO to inform decision-making
  • Design and execute logistics for firm-hosted events that reinforce brand differentiation and support client and prospect engagement
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for advisor teams and implement a comprehensive event-in-a-box approach
  • Source venues, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage event budgets
  • Build and maintain project plans, run-of-show documents, and post-event recaps
  • Coordinate event branding and communication efforts including invitations, reminders, and logistics with the broader marketing team
  • Manage influencer programs related to events and sponsorships
  • Own the firmwide awards calendar, managing submission deadlines and the process from start to finish
  • Write and edit award submissions collaborating with advisors, HR, and firm leadership
  • Track results and route wins to PR and content teams for amplification
  • Build a reusable submission library to improve efficiency across award cycles
