The firm prides itself on delivering personalized service through collaborative teams of experts, combining deep financial insights with a client-first philosophy. As a growing and dynamic organization, Cerity Partners actively fosters an inclusive environment that embraces diversity and innovation to continue driving excellence in the financial services industry. The company values its workforce and offers a comprehensive benefits package, which underlines the importance of work-life balance, career development, and well-being for all employees.
The role available is for a Brand Marketing and Events Manager at Cerity Partners, where the candidate will have a significant impact on both the firm’s public image and internal brand culture. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 and involves a multifaceted responsibility set centered around brand management, sponsorships, events, and awards. The Brand Marketing and Events Manager will be instrumental in tracking and optimizing the brand budget, preparing high-level reports and presentations for executive leadership, and managing corporate campaigns in conjunction with the Digital team. Additionally, the role entails administrative oversight of the firmwide sponsorships, including detailed contract management, activation milestones, and post-event ROI analysis.
Moreover, this position includes designing and executing firm events from inception through completion, ensuring each event aligns with Cerity Partners’ branding and client engagement goals. The manager will act as the subject-matter expert for advisor teams, implementing a standardized event framework, sourcing venues, negotiating contracts, and coordinating event communications with the broader marketing team. Oversight of influencer programs tied to events and sponsorships is another key aspect. The manager will also lead efforts around industry recognition, managing the awards calendar, writing submissions, tracking outcomes, and maximizing publicity opportunities.
This role demands a candidate with exceptional project management capabilities, demonstrated comfort with data analysis and executive presentations, and the ability to oversee vendor and agency relationships effectively. It is an ideal opportunity for a professional with experience in financial or professional services marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Cerity Partners commits to supporting its employees by providing day-one comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, flexible PTO, parental leave, education assistance, and commuter benefits. The firm also promotes a culture of authenticity and inclusiveness, welcoming diverse perspectives and backgrounds while providing accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
