Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years experience in event marketing or related field
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work onsite in new york city tuesday and wednesday with flexibility to work from home remaining days
  • willingness to travel as necessary
  • authorization to work in the united states without employer sponsorship
  • ability to handle confidential and proprietary information responsibly

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of experience in event marketing experiential partnerships or client engagement roles ideally within media advertising or entertainment
  • strong project management skills with a sharp eye for detail and a creative solutions-oriented mindset
  • highly organized and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • comfortable collaborating cross-functionally contributing ideas and owning execution from planning through post-event wrap-up
  • familiarity with the advertising and media landscape and a passion for creating best-in-class brand and client experiences
  • willingness to travel as needed for event execution approximately 15-20 percent

Job Duties

  • support the planning and execution of custom b2b customer events including audio days client immersion meetings customer hospitality programs and other owned and operated customer events
  • partner closely with the sales team to tailor experiences aligned with business goals priority accounts and key advertiser relationships
  • help identify event opportunities that support client engagement pipeline development and account growth
  • coordinate logistics vendor management and production to ensure seamless execution across customer experiences
  • support event communications including pre-event planning on-site execution and post-event follow-up and reporting
  • ensure all events and experiences reflect the brand identity and premium standards
  • collaborate with design comms and sales partners to develop on-brand assets such as invitations signage swag and presentation materials
