We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist in B2B Events and Experiential Marketing for a 6-month contract role based in New York City. This position requires onsite work at least two days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on remaining days. As a crucial member of the B2B Marketing team, the Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in elevating the organization’s brand presence through thoughtfully designed events and experiential marketing initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams including Sales, Franchise Events, and Sponsorships, ensuring that every event and hospitality moment not only meets but exceeds business objectives and client expectations.
The role focuses on crafting unique B2B customer events such as Audio Days, client immersion meetings, and bespoke hospitality experiences that deepen client engagement and enhance account growth. The Senior Specialist is responsible for end-to-end event management including planning, logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution. This position also supports event communications, from pre-event preparation to post-event follow-up and performance reporting, which is essential for measuring return on investment and refining future strategies.
Candidates will bring at least three years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, client engagement, or partnerships, preferably within media, advertising, or entertainment sectors. Strong project management acumen, an eye for detail, and a solutions-oriented approach are critical to success in this role. The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously within a high-energy environment and the willingness to travel as required will be key. The role also demands a passion for elevating brand experiences and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas that create memorable and premium interactions.

Job Qualifications
- 3 plus years of experience in event marketing experiential partnerships or client engagement roles ideally within media advertising or entertainment
- strong project management skills with a sharp eye for detail and a creative solutions-oriented mindset
- highly organized and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable collaborating cross-functionally contributing ideas and owning execution from planning through post-event wrap-up
- familiarity with the advertising and media landscape and a passion for creating best-in-class brand and client experiences
- willingness to travel as needed for event execution approximately 15-20 percent
Job Duties
- support the planning and execution of custom b2b customer events including audio days client immersion meetings customer hospitality programs and other owned and operated customer events
- partner closely with the sales team to tailor experiences aligned with business goals priority accounts and key advertiser relationships
- help identify event opportunities that support client engagement pipeline development and account growth
- coordinate logistics vendor management and production to ensure seamless execution across customer experiences
- support event communications including pre-event planning on-site execution and post-event follow-up and reporting
- ensure all events and experiences reflect the brand identity and premium standards
- collaborate with design comms and sales partners to develop on-brand assets such as invitations signage swag and presentation materials
