Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years event planning experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
  • Proficiency with event management and CRM software
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to resolve issues independently during events
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related field
  • Proven experience managing a variety of events from planning through execution
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events including smaller and midsized events independently and partner on major annual programs
  • Lead logistics and operations by sourcing venues including onsite visits for major events
  • Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
  • Manage registration workflows and attendee communication
  • Support onsite execution with full authority to resolve issues
  • Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation
  • Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting
  • Create and improve templates and processes to help the team scale
  • Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders to align and inform all stakeholders
