Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or similar role
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution
- liaise with clients to determine event goals, timelines, and budgets
- book venues and vendors and manage related contracts
- oversee event logistics including schedules, staff coordination, and equipment setup
- supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
- manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- resolve issues or emergencies that arise during events
- maintain records and documentation for each event
- collaborate with marketing and design teams to align branding and promotional materials
