Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or similar role
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution
  • liaise with clients to determine event goals, timelines, and budgets
  • book venues and vendors and manage related contracts
  • oversee event logistics including schedules, staff coordination, and equipment setup
  • supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • resolve issues or emergencies that arise during events
  • maintain records and documentation for each event
  • collaborate with marketing and design teams to align branding and promotional materials
