Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of event management software is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from inception to completion
  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution
  • Handle on-site event management, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports
  • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
