This multinational company operates on a global scale with a focus on innovation, service excellence, and community impact, making it a significant player in the hospitality and food services industry. The company values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity, fostering an environment where employees are respected and encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work.
The District Manager position at Sodexo Live! entails comprehensive oversight of operations spanning multiple premium airport lounges including locations at Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Las Vegas (LAS), Phoenix (PHX), and San Diego (SAN) airports. This role serves as a vital link between the field teams managing day-to-day lounge operations and the corporate or client leadership, ensuring the consistent application of Sodexo’s brand standards across all touchpoints. The District Manager is responsible for driving service excellence, workforce management, financial performance, and compliance with safety and operational protocols. The role is designed for an experienced hospitality professional residing in the Dallas metro area, with the flexibility and willingness to travel regularly among the western U.S. lounge locations.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the District Manager leads and supports in-lounge leadership teams including General Managers and Food & Beverage Directors, fostering accountability and collaboration to uphold premium service standards. Hands-on leadership includes leveraging operational data such as labor productivity, guest satisfaction scores, financial metrics, and incident reports to identify performance improvement opportunities. The District Manager implements service level agreements (SLAs), oversees compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, and acts as the primary liaison with key stakeholders including airport authorities and client partners. Managing workforce planning and labor costs to optimize service delivery is a critical element of the role, along with orchestrating effective responses to operational disruptions or staffing challenges.
Sodexo Live! offers a competitive and equitable salary structure, reflective of the candidate’s educational background, experience, and skills. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, company holidays, and opportunities for career growth and tuition reimbursement. This position provides a unique opportunity to join a passionate team of experience-makers dedicated to enhancing travelers’ experiences in high-profile airport lounge settings. The District Manager role is ideal for someone with a proven leadership track record in luxury hospitality, contract dining, or similar industries who seeks to make an impactful contribution in a client-focused and operationally complex environment.
