The role is for a Front-of-House (FOH) Manager who will play a critical role in supervising and managing the daily operations of all front-of-house activities. This supervisory position requires excellent leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of daily restaurant functions, effective guest interactions, and the delivery of gracious hospitality. The manager will serve as the point of contact between guests, FOH staff, and upper management, responsible for maintaining high standards in service, appearance, and overall operational efficiency.

The FOH Manager's responsibilities extend beyond guest interaction to include coordinating and overseeing employee responsibilities, managing scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company regulations. Job Requirements

  • Company manager training program certification
  • Knowledge of PCI/DSS, alcohol awareness, food handling and gaming registration where applicable
  • Minimum 2-3 years previous hospitality supervisory or management experience in a high-volume setting
  • Two-year associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong guest service foundation
  • Ability to coach, build a team, problem solve and lead
  • Organized, self-motivated and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with computers including Microsoft products, POS and technology
  • Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to perform repetitive motions
  • Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
