This field-based role involves working on-site at customer locations, providing hands-on expertise to commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up advanced HVAC systems essential for continuous operations. The technician will utilize their in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, mechanical layouts, and pipe fitting to resolve complex technical problems and maximize system uptime.

In this role, collaboration is key, as the Data Center Technician works closely with internal teams and customers during new facility installations and retrofits. The position offers extensive hands-on training provided by the manufacturer, access to the latest technologies, and strong technical support. The role demands precision and reliability, where safety is prioritized to the highest standards. The employee must be flexible, willing to work overtime and weekends, and occasionally travel overnight to meet business demands. Salary for this hourly position ranges from $50.24 to $67.86, reflecting compensation tailored to experience, location, and other factors. Incentive or sales commissions are not part of this compensation plan.

Joining Trane Technologies means becoming part of a mission to redefine what is possible for a sustainable world by embracing innovation and responsibility. The company fosters inclusion, equity, and diversity and is an equal opportunity employer ensuring fair treatment to all applicants regardless of background.
