Position: Union Kitchen – Sous Chef
About: Union Kitchen, a part of the Bean Restaurant Group family of restaurants, located in West Hartford, CT, is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join their team. They are known for their Wine Spectator Award winning restaurant serving New American cuisine with a focus on seasonality and scratch-made dishes like duck prosciutto. The restaurant offers both a la carte and seasonal tasting menus paired with wines.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, and sanitation; positive attitude and excellent communication skills; three years of kitchen experience in a high-volume setting preferred, willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
