Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or an equivalent combination of education and food preparation experience in a directly related field; one to three years of food preparation experience, including sauces, soups, meat, and seafood; supervisory experience and working knowledge of banquet production and planning; current ServSafe Certification required; ability to obtain and hold any local or state-required food handling, supervision, or sanitation licenses and/or certifications
