Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Nash Casino is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in managing the back-of-house culinary team, contribute to menu creations, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards as per Health Department requirements.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred but not required; minimum of 2 years cooking experience; high school diploma or its equivalent; must be 21 years of age or older; must pass all required pre-screening and background checks; ability to work a variety of shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts; must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as mandated by the local jurisdiction
