Position: Sous Chef job
About: UNC Charlotte Marriott is seeking an outstanding leader for the culinary team at the Golden Owl Tavern. This position will lead the restaurant’s kitchen staff and uphold the establishment’s high standards. The hotel, located north of downtown Charlotte, features 226 rooms, 24,000 sq ft of meeting space, and the exciting Golden Owl Tavern, managed by Sage Hospitality. The team is renowned for its excellence, having received prestigious awards such as Hotel of the Year from the NFL NFC.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
