About: The Capital Grille, located at 10 Wayside Rd, Burlington, MA, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food in a high-end restaurant setting. The Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining food safety standards, ensuring profitability, and enhancing the overall guest experience through culinary excellence and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; ability to develop and lead a team effectively; familiarity with systems, methods, and processes for optimal execution; demonstrated stable job history with career progression
