Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; ability to develop and lead a team effectively; familiarity with systems, methods, and processes for optimal execution; demonstrated stable job history with career progression
