Position: Sous Chef job
About: Great Wolf Resorts is seeking a dedicated Resort Sous Chef to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, upholding high standards of hospitality. The Sous Chef is responsible for managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, overseeing food preparation and inventory levels, as well as assisting with employee scheduling and training at the resort.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in restaurant kitchens; flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
