Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role; strong creative and organizational skills with the ability to think outside the box; excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities; ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced environment; in-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management
