Position: Sous Chef job
About: Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team at the vibrant and stylish 61-storey skyscraper in the heart of Back Bay. The hotel offers a luxurious experience with amenities like the Wellness Floor and the renowned Japanese restaurant, Zuma.
Requirements: College degree preferably in culinary arts or equivalent experience required; ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage systems; proficiency in English language reading, writing, and oral communication; 3-5 years previous culinary/food & beverage experience or 1-2 years in a supervisory/assistant manager position
