Position: Sous Chef job
About: HEIRLOOM MARKET located in the heart of Old Wethersfield, CT, is seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join their bustling café. The café serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch six days a week, along with dinner and drinks three nights a week. Additionally, they offer catering services for in-house events and off-premise catering options. HEIRLOOM MARKET is a multifaceted food service business that includes a café, a coffee shop, a retail seed and natural/local grocery, and event spaces.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment; creative culinary professional with a passion for cooking; dedication to delivering high-quality food; ability to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure kitchen efficiency
