Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Collins Aerospace at 1 Hamilton Road Building 1 in Windsor Locks, CT is hiring for a full-time Sous Chef position. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in food preparation, cooking, and supervising kitchen activities. A background in culinary and high volume food service production is preferred for this role.
Requirements: Previous culinary and high volume food service production experience preferred
