Position: Sous Chef – Employee Dining Room – MGM Springfield

Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume production restaurant or similar environment within a culinary role; prior supervisory experience as a sous chef or in a similar leadership role; food & beverage and/or culinary degree or certification from an accredited Culinary Institute; ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays; proficient in Microsoft Office programs and basic office equipment; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
