Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of progressive high-volume culinary/kitchen management experience; prior experience in a corporate setting ideal; catering experience preferred; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; ServSafe certified highly desirable; availability to work schedule 12pm-10pm Sunday-Thursday; experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office; willingness to participate in client happiness programs/activities
