Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Restaurant Associates, a member of Compass Group USA, is the industry’s leading provider of dining and event catering, serving prestigious museums, performing arts centers, and corporations. This specific role is for an Executive Sous Chef at the new Premium Lounge at BOS located in Boston Logan Airport.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; three to five years of culinary management experience; high volume production and catering experience essential; previous experience managing cost controls; desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
