Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; Five (5) years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control; Ability to manage up to 25 employees; Good knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation; Proficiency in the use of general and discipline-specific computer software and systems including MS Office
