Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Inn at Elon is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Chef to oversee food ordering, preparation, and production for all food outlets and banquet facilities. The Executive Chef will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and ultimately the General Manager, ensuring high-quality culinary offerings for guests at the hotel.
Requirements: 3 years experience as an Executive Chef, Exec Sous Chef, or CDC, preferably in a full-service property; management experience required; graduate of an accredited Culinary School program preferred; proficiency in Microsoft applications required; verifiable record of improving measurable metrics related to the Food Department and guest satisfaction
