Position: COOK – Full-Time & Part-Time
About: A hotel kitchen is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cook to join their team in preparing menu items quickly and precisely according to set standards. The role involves maintaining sanitation standards, ensuring proper equipment use, and adhering to safety protocols. The Cook will be responsible for restocking, garnishing, and cleaning kitchen equipment.
Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand basic English; capable of standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to four (4) hours; able to lift items up to 40 pounds, with finger/hand dexterity for small tools; willingness to learn cooking functions and follow on-the-job training; knowledge of basic kitchen equipment use. Previous cooking experience preferred.
