Job Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in hotel food and beverage management or similar food and beverage service industry
- Intermediate knowledge of subject matter
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate associates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a smile and prepare delicious drinks while managing the register and pastry case
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and dining area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Lead Baristas and Shift Leads by providing inspiration, training, and support to deliver top-quality service
- Collaborate with management to create promotions, organize schedules, and drive store success
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and report financial results to the General Manager
- Assist with drink preparation during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
- Foster a positive team spirit and motivate staff to perform their best
