The Assistant General Manager role at Noodles & Company offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food service leadership and are eager to take the next step in their restaurant careers. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the restaurant's success by leading and coaching the team alongside the General Manager. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must hold a valid driver’s license
  • able to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds, with or without accommodation
  • able to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts as well as weekends and/or holidays
  • obtain and maintain required food-safety licenses or certifications
  • experience managing a high-performing team
  • ability to work collaboratively and lead by example

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • demonstrated conflict-resolution skills
  • ability to foster a positive and accountable team environment
  • knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant team alongside the general manager to deliver operational excellence
