The role of Restaurant Manager at White Lodging is a critical leadership position charged with overseeing the daily food and beverage operations within one of their upscale hotel restaurants. This full-time position requires a seasoned hospitality professional who is not only adept at managing restaurant and lounge operations but also excels at creating a warm, guest-first culture while driving operational excellence and profitability. The manager is responsible for leading front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless, high-quality dining experiences for guests. This role entails comprehensive management duties including profit and loss oversight, financial reporting, payroll processing, and staff scheduling, all designed to foster an efficient and effective operation. The Restaurant Manager will use their leadership skills to mentor and develop team members, enhance guest satisfaction, and solve any operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.   • Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations required
  • Ability to manage restaurant P&L, control labor and food costs
  • Strong passion for hospitality and a solutions-oriented attitude

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic situations and shifting priorities in a premium hotel food and beverage operation

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
  • Prior restaurant manager, hotel food and beverage manager, dining room manager, F&B supervisor, or assistant general manager experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant P&L and control labor and food costs
  • Proven record of driving profitability in a high-volume upscale restaurant or hotel dining environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant management role
  • Commitment to developing future restaurant leaders with a track record of promoting from within

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless quality in service and food presentation across every shift at this upscale hotel restaurant
  • Manage compliance with operational processes and procedures to maintain a high-performing, guest-first premium hotel dining environment
  • Lead daily restaurant management responsibilities including P&L oversight, financial reporting, payroll processing, and staff scheduling to drive restaurant profitability
  • Foster a guest-first culture by mentoring, coaching, and developing your team to consistently deliver exceptional upscale food and beverage service
  • Proactively identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel restaurant setting
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house service teams to create seamless, memorable dining experiences that drive repeat visits and positive guest feedback scores
