Physical requirements include the ability to lift between 30 and 50 pounds and perform tasks involving frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Travel up to 50 percent of the time, including overnight stays, is necessary to oversee multiple store locations and provide hands-on support.
