The company takes pride in its commitment to quality by sourcing the best real ingredients and preparing all food on-site. At the heart of Caf Zupas's success is its dedication to its team members. The brand believes that its people are key to delivering an incredible guest experience and works hard to foster a culture of positivity, gratitude, and continuous mentorship. Known for its modern and energetic environment, Caf Zupas maintains a fun and supportive culture where employee wellness is a priority, reflected through its set schedules with two days off, Sunday and holiday closures, free meals, and a healthy, oil-free menu built without grease, grills, or fryers.
The role of District Manager at Caf Zupas is a pivotal leadership position focused on overseeing multiple restaurant locations within an assigned district. As a District Manager, you will work closely alongside restaurant leaders, spending 2-3 days per week in individual locations to provide hands-on direction, coaching, and feedback to effectively lead and develop the team. Your primary responsibility includes supporting the achievement of financial goals such as sales targets, labor management, and food cost controls while fostering an empowering, positive work environment. This role involves cultivating future leadership by building a strong bench of talent and collaborating with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels across all restaurants in your area. Caf Zupas emphasizes the importance of being good to others and oneself, encouraging District Managers to lead with empathy and integrity.
This position offers a structured work schedule including a five-day workweek with set days off, contributing to a healthy work-life balance. Caf Zupas provides ongoing and thorough training, with a clear outlined career progression and opportunities for growth along with competitive compensation. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefit package that includes 401K, paid time off, annual international incentive trips, and other perks. The company maintains high standards of operational excellence while maintaining an inviting, team-oriented atmosphere where innovation and challenging norms in the restaurant industry are embraced. Caf Zupas is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion and requires its employees to successfully pass a background check, including employment reference verification. If you have 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience, strong mentoring capabilities, a proven ability to drive sales growth, and thrive in fast-paced environments, Caf Zupas invites you to join their adventurous and collaborative team and help nourish the good life for both team members and guests alike.
