As an Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the hotel operates efficiently and guests experience the highest standards of service. This management position is overtime eligible (OEM), meaning that overtime work is compensated appropriately. Your core responsibility will be to act as the acting leader in the absence of the General Manager, overseeing multiple hotel departments, enhancing profitability, and maintaining operational excellence. You will lead and support teams across various functions to deliver seamless service and memorable guest experiences.

Job Requirements

  • at least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • supervisory background required
  • ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

  • experience managing financial data and operational reports
