Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 2 years' current experience in casual restaurant industry
  • availability to work evenings holidays weekends
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • maintain Servsafe license or able to obtain per state mandates
  • positive and outwardly friendly attitude
  • able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years' experience in casual restaurant industry
  • previous deli or food service management experience preferred
  • experience in hotel catering coffee service banquet operations assistant management food production or bartending is a plus
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain and maintain
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • display a positive and friendly attitude towards guests

Job Duties

  • oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including safety quality and compliance
  • lead daily decision-making and employee scheduling
  • maintain high levels of cleanliness and service standards
  • guide develop and motivate team members
  • control costs and implement operational improvements
  • protect company assets and ensure excellent guest experiences
