As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work 50 hours a week including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage both kitchen and front-of-house operations
- Experience in team coaching and development
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
