The role of General Manager at Cotton Patch Cafe is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about leading, developing, and supporting a team within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused restaurant setting. As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety are consistently met. Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
2+ years restaurant management experience
Ability to acquire alcohol service certification and food manager certification
Must have valid driver license
Must be a team player and hard worker
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
Must be able to follow all safety guidelines when lifting and carrying, using knives and equipment, and walking and moving safely

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
Valid driver license required
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
Physical ability to participate in fast-paced operations for up to 10-12 hours daily
Team player with a strong work ethic
