Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
  • Develop comprehensive training plans and mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team member trainers

  • Address and resolve conflicts ensuring a positive work environment
  • Engage directly with customers to swiftly resolve issues
  • Strategically schedule staff and lead product rollout meetings
