Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health regulations
- Strength in proper preparation and presentation of foodservice products
- Ability to utilize P&L and store performance reports to affect change
- Competency in reading and interpreting operating and maintenance manuals
- Proficient in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but can be substituted with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Capacity to multitask and physically perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a restaurant or retail environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze financial and operational reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with adequate management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Monitor food preparation to guarantee product freshness, quality, and presentation
- Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operational documents such as maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to meet store performance goals
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
