The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at 7-Eleven offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals who enjoy being part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards. You will also ensure that all food service products meet strict preparation, presentation, and freshness criteria. Your role will involve utilizing P&L and store reports to identify areas for operational improvements and implement necessary changes effectively. Furthermore, the Assistant Restaurant Manager must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, to manage reports and documentation accurately.

This position requires the ability to multitask and perform physical duties including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; however, candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience may also be considered.
