Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or planning
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with event management software
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, budgeting, and logistics
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is executed effectively
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery to maintain quality standards
- Track and reconcile budgets, invoices, and expenses to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance
- Supervise on-site event operations, addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
