Job Duties
- Lead and manage wedding rehearsals
- prepare the venue for events ensuring all spaces are clean styled and guest-ready
- execute and manage event day timelines
- serve as the primary point of contact for clients on event day
- communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth execution
- oversee event flow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- maintain the overall guest experience and uphold venue standards throughout the event
- assist with post-event wrap-up and resetting the space
