- Five years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management
- proven ability to improve performance based on profit and loss analysis
- proficiency with digital tools and platforms
- exceptional communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs
- champion of equity, inclusion, and belonging
- experienced in recognizing and motivating teams
- skilled in recruiting top talent and training both high and under-performing employees
- adaptability to change and experience supporting change management
- adherence to corporate policies and occupational health and food safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift supervisors
- develop a comprehensive training plan
- mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team member trainers
- oversee execution of all training and development initiatives
- recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
- foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging
- address and resolve conflicts promptly
- engage personally with customers to resolve issues
- strategically schedule staff to optimize service
- coach management team on brand standards
- lead product rollout meetings
- analyze financial performance
- manage budget
- develop strategies to maximize profitability
- stay informed about competitors and exceed their standards
