Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing multi-department operations with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
  • Availability to work full time in person
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems

Job Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in a hospitality management or hotel leadership role within a resort or similar setting
  • Extensive hotel management experience with a strong background in guest services hotel operations and human resources
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue management strategies to drive profitability
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments effectively
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes cost control measures and financial reporting in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems front desk operations night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve international guests

Job Duties

  • Provide strong leadership and supervision to all departments including front desk guest services housekeeping food and beverage and human resources
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability while maintaining high service standards
