Job Description

The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS) is one of the premier event venues in the United States, hosting some of the largest and most prestigious events annually. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in event planning, public relations, customer service, or related field
  • Three to five years experience organizing and executing large scale events in a convention center or tradeshow environment
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with diverse client base
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams
  • Capability to manage multiple events simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Maintain communication with clients to assist in planning and coordination of events
  • Coordinate physical set-up requirements and service needs for clients
  • Coordinate set-up activity with internal and external vendors for successful execution
  • Work with sales department to assure clients requirements are met
  • Create detailed set-up diagrams on AutoCAD software for each event
  • Act as liaison to outside service contractors
