Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for staff
- Mentor assistant managers and shift supervisors

- Address and resolve conflicts promptly
- Engage personally with customers to resolve issues
- Schedule staff strategically to optimize service
- Coach management on brand standards
- Lead product rollout meetings
