Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for staff
  • Mentor assistant managers and shift supervisors
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team performance
  • Address and resolve conflicts promptly
  • Engage personally with customers to resolve issues
  • Schedule staff strategically to optimize service
  • Coach management on brand standards
  • Lead product rollout meetings
  • Analyze financial performance and manage budgets
  • Develop strategies to maximize profitability
  • Monitor competitors and enhance the restaurant's digital presence and loyalty programs
