About: CaroMont Health – CRMC Belmont-Nutrition Services is seeking an experienced Culinary Supervisor to assist with planning, directing, and supervising culinary production for a team of professionals, including cooks, patient tray line, catering, and purchasing. The role involves preparing food for hospital patients, personnel, and visitors, planning menus, executing food demonstrations, and serving at various functions.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; three or more years of culinary experience required; Servsafe certified or equivalent Food Safety Certificate within 60 days of hire; ability to adapt and execute multiple cooking styles, plan menus, and interact tactfully with staff and executives.
