Position: Sous Chef job
About: Firebirds, a restaurant known for its high-quality food and welcoming atmosphere, is seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join their team. The Sous Chefs work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee back of house operations and food production for the restaurant and FIREBAR. They are responsible for managing team members, ordering inventory, and ensuring a positive kitchen environment for quality food.
Requirements: 2 years high volume, full service restaurant experience in a management position; warm, passionate, and committed to the industry; excellent communication skills; ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure; self-actualized and motivated; self-discipline; maintained professional appearance; butchering experience preferred; scratch kitchen experience preferred
