We celebrate the best of Italian American dishes with welcoming hospitality and service. Located at Fenton in Cary, NC, this casual yet polished family-style Italian restaurant features 120 indoor dining seats, 60 seats outdoors on the semi-covered patio, and a 12-seat bar.
Requirements: At Colletta Cary, must have 2+ years’ experience managing the line in an upscale food-focused environment. Passion for food and community engagement. Ability to oversee kitchen aspects, problem resolution, and promote a positive experience. Strong communication and leadership skills essential.
