About: The Capital Grille, a high-end restaurant located in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food in a competitive and superior guest experience.

Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; Proven ability to develop a team; Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
